We’re happy to let you know that from July 2020, our customer satisfaction surveys will be carried out by The Leadership Factor (TLF).
TLF will carry out surveys on our behalf to gather feedback on what you think about us and the services we provide. We use this information to understand what’re doing well and where we can improve.
Using an independent organisation to do surveys allows you to be completely honest about what you think and feel about Catalyst. You can even choose to remain completely anonymous in the feedback you give.
TLF may call you after you have received a service from us. This includes reporting repairs, reporting anti-social behaviour or making a complaint.
TLF could also call you to find out about other services you including planned maintenance, and your experience of moving into a new home.
TLF are a Market Research Society (MRS) accredited company and work in accordance with the MRS code of conduct.
This means that any information you give them will also be treated in line with data protection. They’ll never ask you for your bank details or try to sell you anything.
You’re not obligated to take part in the surveys and can opt-out by letting TLF know when they contact you, or by contacting our contact centre. Your feedback really help us improve our offer to you.
