Staying at home may be frustrating or even lonely. It is OK to feel like this. It’s important to remember that staying at home may be difficult, but you are helping to protect yourself and others by doing it.
We’ve put together some activity packs to help you keep active and connected. They’re packed full of tips to help you stay happy and well, ideas to organise your day, some boredom busters – with challenges for a little healthy competition – and loads more.
All the competitions and AQA submission in activity pack one are now complete, but there’s still lots of fun activities and resources in there for you to use.
